This page explains what we do with the details you give us on this website. The company responsible is Phontix AI Private Limited, Dhanori, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, country, phone number and message, plus your role if you choose to add it.
- Demo requests: your name, work email and company, plus your role if you choose to add it, and the product you asked about.
- Sample and dossier requests, and suggestions for a chemical: the details those forms ask for, such as your name, email, company and what you want to see.
- Newsletter: your email address and the topics you choose, only if you tick the separate newsletter box.
- Where you came from: the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you used. Please do not put personal details in links.
Please do not send patient information, passwords or other sensitive material through our forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo or a conversation.
- To keep a record of what you agreed to: the wording you saw, the version of it, and the time you accepted.
- To protect our forms from abuse, using input limits, a hidden trap field and short-lived request counters associated with client IP addresses.
Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. We send the newsletter only to people who opted in, from Microsoft Outlook. You can opt out at any time by writing to us.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Your details are stored in Cloudflare D1 through an authenticated Cloudflare Worker. Only authorised Phontix AI staff can read them, through a private admin tool. We do not sell your details. We use hosting, database and email providers to run the service, and they handle your details only for that purpose. The LOE Edge demo may fetch public drug data from the US FDA's openFDA service.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in touch with you. If a contact has been inactive for two years, we delete it. For customers, we keep the details we need for as long as the relationship lasts. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Write to info@phontixai.com to ask for a copy of your details, to correct them, to have them deleted, or to withdraw a newsletter or marketing choice. If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, write to the same address and we will look into it.
