These terms cover your use of the Phontix AI website and, if you buy one, a subscription. Phontix AI Private Limited, Pune, India.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our products, read our articles and try our demos. You may not scrape the website, try to reach systems you are not authorised to use, or use the content to build a competing product.
Demos and sample data
Demos and sample reports are for evaluation only. Unless a demo says it uses live public data, the figures are sample data and must not be relied on for any decision. Brand names in the Brand Listener demo are used only to make the demo easy to follow, and the data about them is synthetic.
Subscriptions
- Licences are annual and priced in US dollars. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
- The plan, users and entitlements are set out in your order or agreement with us. That agreement also covers payment, renewal and cancellation.
- Credits included in a plan reset each month. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase, or when the licence ends, whichever comes first.
Our content
The platforms, methodology, reports and content remain the property of Phontix AI. Subscribers may use outputs inside their own company under their licence.

Our products support decisions. They do not replace professional judgement or legal advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction. We can agree different terms in writing with a customer.
